Auto Tray Sealing Machine

The Vacumatic 2000 IL is a fully automatic tray sealing machine. The basic version is equipped with a tray in-feed station in one lane, a tray divider in multi -lanes, a tray transfer station on the machine, a sealing die set and finally a converger for conveying the trays in one land. The machine is constructed in stainless steel with an open-frame design for easy cleaning and maintenance. Microprocessor control systems controls all the

 

drives and storage data. An easy full colour touch-screen control panel, programmable and movable on a multi position pivot arm guides the machine operator to the display and input menus in a logical way and in his own langage. The control system has an interface to be connected with other devices or equipment in the line. Servo drive motors maximise the precision of all movements.
