FUTURE-PACK 2000

A high performance deep-draw machine made from stainless steel in modular construction.

This futuristic deep-draw machine meets the requirements of the most demanding customers. One of the remarkable features of the Future-Pack 2000 is its extremely solid and nearly maintenance-free construction as well as its very low energy-consumption.

Areas of Application:
  • Prolonged shelf life and freshness of food products
  • Product protection against aggressive environmental influences. Optimal sales presentation of food and non-food products
  • Corrosion and oxidation prevention
  • Sterile environment for one-way medical products

Machine construction: made from stainless steel in modular construction, extreme stability, unique quick access to the machine.

The Future-Pack 2000 is constructed of modular stainless steel plates. The four basic modules of the standard machine can be enlarged at the feeding and discharge area.

Up to 6 metre machine length, the frame can be manufactured out of 1 section only and is therefore one of the most stable machines in the market.

As an option the Future-Pack 2000 can be designed with a kneefree infeed zone. The solid machine construction guarantees here full stability.

Forming, sealing and cutting dies can be individually placed corresponding to mthe customer needs.

The high quality, stainless steelmachine frame guarantees both not only highest stability, but also best functionality.

The straight stainless steel plates can be taken off quickly, making the machine very easy to service and to clean.

Hygene: corresponding to the latest EU-Hygene guidelines.

All supply wires are installed in the top of the machine frame. Therefore they are absolutely water-proof and protected against dirt.

All electronic parts are designed in accordance with IP 65.High tech modular stainless steel construction leaves no projecting edges, gaps, slits or open drillings. This means that bacteria dn germs will not find a breeding ground.

As the side panels of the machine can be taken off quickly, the inside of the machine is quickly and easily cleaned.

The EU-hygene guidelines can easily be met thanks to the stainless steel construction and the use of acid-resistant and maintenance-free prefabricated parts.
